This is a playthrough using Seleous in the Arcade game Perfect Soldiers. Read on below for more information...

Seleous is the one and only end boss of the game. He is an unplayable character.

===== ABOUT SELEOUS =====
He is the main antagonist of the game and it's story (whatever that is). Design-wise he kind of looks like an alien-style Terminator cyborg, and appears to be powered by some sort of glowing orb/aura which you can see in his stomach area.

Gameplay-wise this guy is very good. A lot of his basics (mainly his kicks) have great ranges, and he inflicts high damage. He has two special moves: one of which is a double snake projectile that goes through almost everything; and one which he emits an electric aura (a bit like Blanka) that can easily catch out jumping-in opponents.

Interestingly, when he gets knocked down, his "getting up" animation has a frame that can actually hit the opponent.

===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION =====

---- In the USA version of the game, he is known as Skull Reaper.

---- If you beat the game with him, you'll get Broadway's ending.

---- Despite being a non-selectable character, he has an alternate colour palette (it's slightly different).

---- When boss Seleous is defeated, in some of the character's endings, an entity emerges from his body identifying itself as "Bydo", which is a reference to the antagonist of Irem's R-Type game series.

---- The USA version of the game is known as Superior Soldiers.

---- The USA version of the game misses a number of features the Japanese version has, such as: pre-match and winning/losing screen quotes; announcer voices for the character names on the versus screens; and an announcer voice saying the game's name on the title screen.

---- The USA version of the game changes the names of six characters.

===== ABOUT PERFECT SOLDIERS =====
This seems to be another fighting game created to follow the fighting game trend of the 1990s, which was started by Street Fighter II.

The game's story seems to be set in a post-apocalyptic world where many fighters from different backgrounds aim to defeat Seleous / Skull Reaper, who is or potentially is a threat to the earth.

Perfect Soldiers plays similar to SFII, and features an impressive 6-button attack system. You can cancel basics into specials, and there seems to be some link combos in there as well.
