We follow along the story of a mad scientist named Rintarō Okabe (nickname Hōōin Kyōma) and his long time friend Mayuri Shiina. Finding the IBN 5100, the legend once told will soon uncover itself in a debate between Rintarō and his "assistant' Kurisu near the shrine.
What dreadful secrets could SERN be holding that only the 5100 can un-encrypt? Will Kurisu's adamant nature of time travel being absurd change overtime, looking through SERN's files in Steins Gate can only bring even more scientific explanations out of Kurisu, and the discovery of something sinister...and familiar.
