3Welcome to Steins Gate, a Visual Novel within the Science Adventure's series of Visual Novels. Released originally in 2009, remastered on Steam for release in September 2016.
We follow along the story of a mad scientist named Rintarō Okabe (nickname Hōōin Kyōma) and his long time friend Mayuri Shiina. Faris is the next person to send a D-Mail in the past, not as far back as Lukako's to need a pager number but still a long time ago. From though in the quest to find out whether the D-Mails have been successful, Rintarō has made a dramatic error in how he goes about it.
The results of sending D-Mails to oneself in the past alters events and decisions made in their lives, Faris is for the sake of her father, Lukako's is for the gender change from boy to girl and Moeka's is for changing phone models...still look like the same one from previous episodes though, nicknamed Shining Fingers along with the disappearance of the IBN 5100 can only mean one thing...the D-Mail Moeka send has something to do with its current location.
