20Welcome to Steins Gate, a Visual Novel within the Science Adventure's series of Visual Novels. Released originally in 2009, remastered on Steam for release in September 2016.
We follow along the story of a mad scientist named Rintarō Okabe (nickname Hōōin Kyōma) and his long time friend Mayuri Shiina. For the events that have happened so far if Rintaro is to take into account that the three D-Mails sent has changed reality beyond control or understanding.
Mayuri, through all this will be the main thinking point on Rintaro's mind, Rounders, IBN 5100, SERN, Moeka, all of these factors have weighed in to ensure Mayuri's death. Thanks to Kurisu's time leap machine, Rintaro uses it to retry events to prevent Mayuri's death, soon he will realise that it is a inevitably that this is the fate of Mayuri.
