We follow along the story of a mad scientist named Rintarō Okabe (nickname Hōōin Kyōma) and his long time friend Mayuri Shiina. The Faris Cup, if we can acquire knowledge from Faris about the IBN 5100, then Rintarō's goals are one step closer to becoming reality, a world of perpetual chaos.
The IBN 5100 has programming features that no other computer of SERN has, programming that will allow Daru and the rest of the lab to be able to find what kind of experiments on, Kerr Black Holes are sustainable black holes which allowed John Titor to travel back in time. To the laboratory member's foreseeable nightmares, there are terrifying secrets that SERN has kept hidden from the world, secrets about human experimentation, animal experimentation and their trials on making a time machine.
