117Farm Manager 2021 and the Carrot Cake Scenario continues as we get some fields in place where we can grow the things we need to complete some of the scenario goals!
This doesn't happen immediately though because first we work on building up the amount of money we receive each month by adding more sheep pens and greenhouses. Hurrah for silly amounts of money!
Land is then set aside for our fields, plus we build some parking spaces for all the farm equipment we'll need, but the job isn't quite done yet as all those tractors and cultivators and suchlike are quite expensive...

Prepare fields in spring, care for plants in summer, harvest crops in autumn and grow plants in greenhouses in winter. The weather can be dangerous for your farm. Heavy rain and hail may affect crop harvesting, and a thunderstorm can cause a fire that will damage your farm.
A satisfied employee is a good employee! Hire permanent and seasonal employees. Keep employees satisfied, control payroll and overtime. Increase their qualifications through trainings.
