Here, we have a another full day produced after MUCH waiting for a new, functioning recording device. I'm pleased with the results. I'm also fairly pleased with the Day in general. let's have a look.

The goal I had in mind with this day was to essentially do as much as possible on the surface of the Valley of Repose, then head into at least one cave. To do that, we immediately start with Blue Pikmin to move things along with the first obstacle. While the gate is being worked on, I call down on Louie to dispatched enemies that re-spawned.

When the water comes down, have some white Pikmin search the nearby area for a hidden treasure and a Snagret?! This location is terrible for throwing Pikmin (Where this Snagaret is located), so I think it's safe to say that I got real lucky with getting rid of it as fast as I did.

Once the pathway was clear, I continue taking out problem foes and making my way to the Firey Bublax on the map. This one is tough to take down because it's close to water. It would waste too much time to bring Red Pikmin over there, and Blue Pikmin will be set on fire upon contact. So the solution is to pull the beast into the nearby water, temporarily dousing it's flaming exterior, then keeping it at bay. You need at least 35 Blue Pikmin here for the treasure it's holding,. Unfortunately, I take some casualties on the way to defeating it.

I manage to wrap up some loose ends, and you'll see the Yellow Pikmin I called to order accomplish their task as well.

Now I decided to jump into the Subterranean Complex, without preparing the right types of Pikmin available. I would have kept going, but from memory, there is a floor where Red Pikmin will become very necessary (for the sake of convenience, and not resorting to a cheap, slow tactic I will explain later). I did something that was rarely every necessary and I took an early exit from the cave.

I will be back to that one, for it contains something I've been missing a lot of (hint: visibility). We approach the closing gap of this debt. Question is, can I complete the Valley of Repose at the same time? We shall see.
