Like the prior episode, upgrading the base services continues and again, the focus is on installing the best of all facilities I can so much later the milestone of a population of 300 is possible. I don't yet have all the numbers figured out as to how many of what specialist my current base can handle, but I am starting to see a pattern. The key is the workers, since all other details are related to how many workers the base has and if I am keeping all of them active, or if I have some that are just standing around waiting to be needed, or healed.
