At Canalave City, after finding out that Sailor Eldritch's son has fallen into a nightmare, he takes me to Fullmoon Island, which is where a Legendary Pokémon called Cresselia can be found, and I have to find the Lunar Feather to cure his son from the nightmare, and then track down Cresselia to see where it has gone to.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After beating the Elite Four, when you visit Sailor Eldritch's house, his son will be in a never ending nightmare, and when he says "Dark", he could be referring to Darkrai, because in the original games, "Dark" was capitalized, and back then Pokémon names were in all caps, so he could be talking about Darkrai.
Then talk to Eldritch, and he will take you to Fullmoon Island to pick up the Lunar Feather, which used to be called the Lunar Wing in the original games, interact with Cresselia, and it will disappear, then return back to Canalave City and use the feather to wake up the boy.
Cresselia will be roaming around Sinnoh, much like with Mesprit, and this is what I recommend using your Master Ball on, because Cresselia knows Moonlight, you could get lucky with Quick Balls after getting it down to 1 HP and paralyzing it, but I would say the Master Ball is your best shot.
Cresselia is a very defensive Psychic-type Pokémon, and it does come with Moonlight, which is a good healing move on it, and it can use Calm Mind to boost its Special stats, and it can make good use of some Special Attacking moves like Psychic, Moonblast, Ice Beam, and a few other moves, Cresselia can even be a good Trick Room set-up Pokémon because of its excellent defensive stats.
Then I decided to get the Pokémon you can only obtain through breeding out of the way, and the following Pokémon that are exclusive to breeding in this game are Koffing, Ledyba, Spinarak, Houndour, Taillow, Whismur, Shuppet, and Wynaut. There is a secret Pokémon that you can get that way, if you breed Manaphy with a Ditto, you can get a Pokémon called Phione, this Pokémon is a weaker Manaphy, it has base 80 in all of its stats, it cannot learn Tail Glow, it's just mainly there for Pokédex filler, and Phione cannot evolve into Manaphy.
I could go over Darkrai in the description for this part, that house above the Pokémon Center requires an item called the Member Card, which would allow you to enter the locked inn, and it would take you to Newmoon Island, and waiting there is Darkrai, a Dark-type Mythical Pokémon, and that thing got nerfed in Gen 7, because its signature move Dark Void is 50% accuracy, and it cannot be used by any other Pokémon than Darkrai, the reason for that was because Smeargle would use Dark Void in Double Battles, that resulted in Dark Void being banned in online battles.
There is one other Mythical Pokémon that you would get with an item called the Azure Flute, which was never released in an event, what that would do is when you get to Spear Pillar, it would allow you to access the Hall of Origin, and that was where you would encounter Arceus, the Mythical Pokémon said to have created the universe, it would be at Level 80, and it would be a difficult Pokémon to catch as it knew Recover. What made Arceus really special is that it can change its type based on the Plates held, and its signature move Judgment changed type based on the Plate it was holding. It does make me wonder if we will ever get those Event Items at some point in this game, because that would be the first time we would access the Hall of Origin legitimately, as the Azure Flute was never distributed in an event.
