This was accomplished through the combination of Nintendont, the Action Replay code to boot into the bonus disc data, an Emerald and LeafGreen cartridge, and a GCN-GBA Link Cable.

While footage exists out there of the unused Japanese bonus disc data within Colosseum, along with the translated obtainables, I haven't seen anyone attempt to try and obtain the extras for the main series GBA games. Since I had all of the requirements to theoretically go for it, I did so myself. I actually expected it to not work and only function for the Japanese versions, like the unused e-Reader room internationally, but in a surprising twist the gifts went through! I'm also considered Gold rank in my Emerald game. :)

As for the AGATE Celebi, I actually transferred two of them to Emerald and Sapphire beforehand to quickly test things, so that's why it says there's 46 remaining to send over in the video. You can normally send over 48 to the main series games, one per save file, after you've purified every normally obtainable Shadow Pokemon, but thankfully there's another Action Replay code that removes the 48 number restriction to allow you to send as many as you want.
