The trainers in the Petalburg gym were all very annoying and dangerous. I 2HKO'd Swellow with Strength and Rock Tomb, because it was still faster than Marshtomp after one speed drop. Spinda could barely survive a Mud Shot and it not being able to move from Focus Punch wastes more time. Zangoose could be dangerous with Sword Dance and a potential critical hit Slash. It also could barely survive two Mud Shots, so I used Water Gun to 3HKO it.

Saved at 1:01 with a L29 Marshtomp.
