Pokémon Heart Gold Speed Run Segment 22
1All the trainers are again dodged in the beginning of the segment. Misty herself can be tricky because if I use a amount of X-Attacks to OHKO one of her Pokémon, the next one barely survives. So instead of OHKO's, 1 went for 2HKO's. I was lucky that Body Slam didn't paralyze me and that happens often. Starmie is the only certain OHKO here.
Then I flew back to Saffron and entered Route 7. I didn't want to use a Super Repel on such a short patch of high grass and got a wild encounter as punishment. The Gentleman who's required is easily defeated and I received the Radio Expansion Card in Lavender Town. I flew back to Saffron again and went straight to the Celadon Gym. All the trainers can be dodged, but I always seem to have trouble navigating through that stupid maze. Then I saved before facing Erika.
