Dodging the rotating trainers is annoying, but I got to Sabrina anyways. I need to use a X-Attack and X-Speed tot OHKO and outspeed all her Pokémon. To do this Espeon needs to use Calm Mind at least once. It did, and the rest of her team were quick OHKO's. Then I exited Saffron City north and bypassed Cerulean.
There is only 1 required battle in Route 9 and then it's straight to the Power Plant. There i got the messages of the stolen Machine Part and flew back to Cerulean. I caught and battled the Rocket Grunt. Then I found the Machine Part and gave it back to the Power Plant. I splitted the segment up when I was about to battle the trainers on Route 25.
