It is time to enter Silph Co. and drive out Team Rocket, who have taken over Silph Co., and I get assistance from Trace and Blue. Blue challenges us to a battle to see if we are up to the task. I will be doing many parts for Silph Co., as it is an 11 floor building, and there are many Team Rocket Grunts to deal with.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

Silph Co. has 11 floors, and there are many Team Rocket Grunts to fight with, you can easily avoid all the battles by taking on Archer on the 5th floor, then take the teleportation panel on the 3rd floor, and then take on the boss on the 11th floor, but you miss out on a lot of experience and money if you go that route.
I also like how you fight Blue on the 1st floor of Silph Co., because in the original games, Blue was your rival and he would battle you in the small room on the 7th floor, which instead Trace will take on Archer in that room.
Blue only has two Pokémon, he has Exeggutor and Charizard, Exeggutor has Power Whip, Psychic and Light Screen, if you have a good Bug-type move like X-Scissor, you should be able to deal with Exeggutor. Charizard has Air Slash and Heat Wave, Rock-type moves will make it easy, otherwise Pikachu's Thunderbolt or Gyarados's Waterfall will take Charizard down, this is not a difficult fight.
On floor 5, you fight against Archer and a Team Rocket Grunt alongside Trace, who now has a Cubone, which must be the same Cubone that Team Rocket kidnapped back at Lavender Town. This is a tough fight, because Muk can use Minimize, Toxic, Screech and Protect, which can be an annoying moveset to deal with, but Cubone's Bonemerang should make quick work of Muk and Electrode. Archer's Weezing has Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse and Flamethrower, and Golbat has Crunch and Air Slash. I remember reading somewhere that Abilities were planned to be in the game, but were not added so these games kept true to the original Red & Blue, so for some reason, Cubone will never use Bonemerang against Weezing and use Headbutt instead. Your rival also has a Pidgeot, Gloom and Jolteon, or Raichu depending on your game.
You do get some TMs in Silph Co., first up when you obtain the Card Key from Archer, you can talk to a woman on the 2nd floor who will give you the TM for Self-Destruct, very powerful but the user will faint when used, and Snorlax can learn this move, and is the only Normal-type Pokémon to learn Self-Destruct in this game.
I have decided to make Silph Co. a multi-part video, as it will take over an hour to clear out the place if I am battling every Trainer in the building.
