As we continue on with recruiting every Legendary Pokémon, the next place is Buried Relic, which was where we fought Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, so it is time to challenge them to another battle to see if we can get those three to join the team, they shouldn't be that challenging of opponents.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

There is not much point to go through all of Buried Relic again, but I do bring along a Ghost-type for this adventure, as Dusknoir can go through walls and find stat boosting items, and I have read that stats are more beneficial than levels in this game, because unlike the main series games, your stats don't get a huge boost, so using the stat boosting drinks and Life Seed is the best you can do with getting better stats.
When you revisit Buried Relic, you can recruit Regirock, Regice, and Registeel after the battle, and they are obtained at Level 30, so unlike all the other Legendary Pokémon, they are a bit underwhelming, but if you invest in some stat boosts into them, they can be reliable teammates. All three get Charge Beam, Bulldoze, and Curse as starting moves, Regirock has Rock Throw, Regice has Icy Wind, and Registeel has Metal Claw. For the rest of their level up moves, all three learn Ancient Power, Hammer Arm, Lock-On, Zap Cannon, Superpower, and Hyper Beam, and here are the differences, Regirock can learn Iron Defense and Stone Edge, Regice learns Amnesia and Ice Beam, and Registeel can learn Iron Defense, Amnesia, Flash Cannon, and Iron Head.
They do learn some nice TM moves, they can learn Brick Break, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, and a few others, but to go over each of them individually, starting with Regirock, it can use Smack Down, and it can make the best use of Rock Slide and Stone Edge due to STAB, Regice can get Blizzard, making it the best one out of the Regi Trio, as Blizzard is a room clearing move, and under Hail, Regice can make use of Aurora Veil, it can also get Flash Cannon, and for Registeel, it can get Aerial Ace and Shadow Claw, and it can make the best use of Flash Cannon compared to the other two members.
For Tutor Moves, they do get some nice moves, all three get Focus Punch, Stomping Tantrum, Shock Wave, Gravity, Iron Head, Thunder Punch, and Ice Punch, but for moves unique to each of them, Regirock can learn Drain Punch, Fire Punch, and Earth Power, Regice can learn Signal Beam, and Registeel can learn Magnet Rise, so those are some good moves, but only two of which can learn room clearing moves, Regirock has Earth Power, and Regice has Blizzard, while Earthquake is the best Registeel can get, the downside is that it can hurt its teammate, so unless you have some Flying-type allies, then there could be a reason to go with Earthquake. Lock-On pairs well with Earth Power and Blizzard to ensure it will hit a full room of Pokémon. While they are obtained at a lower level compared to all the other Legendary Pokémon we have encountered, they could serve as reliable allies if you invest in their stats using the stat boosting drinks, as levels don't matter too much in this game other than getting some powerful moves.
The Regi Trio can stay at the Ancient Relic camp, so they are one of few Legendary Pokémon to not have their own camp, as Ancient Relic is also where Aerodactyl and the Baltoy line can stay at.
