The second week of Gigantamax Pokémon, from May 19th till May 25th, Gigantamax Eevee will be appearing in Max Raid Battles, replacing Gigantamax Pikachu from the previous week. Previously the only way you could obtain a Gigatamax Eevee was at the Wild Area Station, you have to talk to one of the NPCs there and if you have save data on Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! on your Switch, you could obtain that Eevee.
Another thing is that it will be the first time you can obtain a Shiny Gigantamax Eevee, and also get one with its Hidden Ability of Anticipation.
While Serebii.net did have a note on Gigantamax Pikachu's possible moves, for Gigantamax Eevee, there is no notes on the moves it has, but from experience, it has used Charm, Sand Attack, Curse, Iron Tail, and a Normal-type move, probably Double-Edge, because any Normal-type moves Gigantamax Eevee has will turn into G-Max Cuddle, which will infatuate targets of the opposite gender to Eevee. While the infatuation status does give the target a 50% chance of attacking, it can be paired with Body Slam to inflict paralysis and decrease the chances of the target attacking.
Because you cannot evolve the Gigantamax Eevee, Anticipation is more for collectors, because the best Ability that Eevee can make use of in battle is Adaptability, as that boosts the power of Eevee's moves that have Same Type Attack Bonus to 2 times the damage instead of 1.5 times.
Eviolite doesn't work on Gigantamax Eevee, from what I can remember, and its movepool is quite limited, while it does have Iron Tail for Max Steelspike, it can use Dig for Max Quake, giving it a Special Defense boost. Other than that, Eevee can use Special moves like Shadow Ball and Stored Power, but it is not much of a Special Attacker, and I believe the only evolution of Eevee that can even make use of Stored Power is Espeon on Calm Mind sets.
I believe you can breed this Eevee, because I did try it with a Gigantamax Pikachu and was able to get a Pichu from the Egg, so it should be possible to breed Eevee, but it will not inherit the ability to Gigantamax, and out of Eevee's evolved forms that benefit from their Hidden Ability, Espeon and Sylveon greatly benefit from them, and the ones that benefit the least are Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Umbreon, while Guts on Flareon seems to be good, it is a bit situational, as Flareon's Speed and HP are below average, and it has to be holding a Toxic Orb in order to make Guts work, and Leafeon's Chlorophyll does make it a good sweeper in sun teams, and Glaceon is better off with Snow Cloak, as Ice Body is more of a defensive Ability, and Glaceon is not that great of a defensive Pokémon, as Ice is not the best type to be defensively.
I have looked into Pikalytics usage charts, and Eevee does not see any use in the main competitive scene, VGC Tournaments, and even Battle Stadium, and out of all of its possible evolved forms, Sylveon is the most used in VGC Tournaments, and in competitive battling, none of them are in OU, and for Battle Stadium Singles, the most used is Sylveon, with Umbreon and Vaporeon seeing some good use in online battles, so the point in Gigantamax Eevee is more for those that like to collect Gigantamax Pokémon, specially if they have a Hidden Ability, then I can see where they would go with collection.
