The next Tera Raid Event we get is another version exclusive one, and it features another set of Paradox Pokémon, in Scarlet, you can find Flutter Mane in the Tera Raids, and you can find Iron Jugulis in Violet, they can be found with any Tera Type, but most likely you can encounter Flutter Mane with the Fairy Tera Type, while Iron Jugulis can be found with the Steel Tera Type. Along with this event is an outbreak event, and the featured Pokémon are Gulpin, Stunky, Skrelp, and Clauncher, which only appear in Paldea, and they can be found with a rare mark depending on the version, but it didn't say anything about increased Shiny chance like some of the other outbreak events. Stunky and Skrelp are Scarlet exclusives, while Gulpin and Clauncher are Violet exclusives, but during this event, all four of them are available in each game, giving players a chance to catch the ones exclusive to their other version.
To go over the Paradox Pokémon, Flutter Mane has Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Power Gem, and Icy Wind for moves, and its additional moves are Sunny Day and Dazzling Gleam. Iron Jugulis has Dark Pulse, Air Slash, Earth Power, and Heat Wave, and for additional moves, it can use Electric Terrain and Snarl. For actions, Flutter Mane starts off with Sunny Day to activate Protosynthesis, while Iron Jugulis uses Electric Terrain to activate Quark Drive, they put up a shield at 55% HP or 40% time, but the rest of their actions is based on their HP. At 75% HP is when Flutter Mane uses Dazzling Gleam, and Iron Jugulis uses Snarl, they reset their stats at 50% HP, reduce your Tera Orb Charge at 40% HP, and reset your stats at 25% HP.
Flutter Mane can be a tricky opponent as its highest stats are Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed, and if it gets a Special Attack boost from Protosynthesis, it can hit very hard. Your best options are physical attackers, and as you are more likely to find Flutter Mane with the Fairy Tera Type, Steel-type Pokémon like Scizor or Kingambit are good choices, for support, a Pokémon that can weaken Flutter Mane's Special Attack stat, a Pokémon with Snarl, Struggle Bug, or Eerie Impulse can work as good partners. It was really tricky to find someone with a Flutter Mane Tera Raid online, so I ended up using my other version, which meant removing the Blissey Tera Raid Event on there.
Iron Jugulis has Special Attack for its best stat, and it can deal a lot of damage with Dark Pulse and Air Slash, and its counters are really difficult as it has Earth Power to beat Fire-types, and its Air Slash is super effective against Fighting-types. Ground-types are your best choice for this one, like Garchomp which can use Swords Dance and Earthquake to deal some damage to it, Blissey can be a good support option as it can use Light Screen to reduce the amount of damage dealt by Iron Jugulis's attacks.
Flutter Mane does come with some good attacks like Moonblast, which it normally doesn't get till Level 84, and it does have Shadow Ball and Power Gem, but to list other moves it can learn, it can get Mystical Fire, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Draining Kiss, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Calm Mind, and a few others, and Fairy is a good Tera Type on it to further increase the power of Moonblast. Flutter Mane is a decent option for Tera Raid Battles with its high Special Defense, but it doesn't have the best HP stat, which is where Draining Kiss comes in, and it can use Fake Tears to lower the Special Defense of the opponent. It's also a great Pokémon in online battles as it is in the top 10 most used Pokémon, and it can go with either Ghost or Fairy for its Tera Type as it is a fast Pokémon with a high Special Attack stat.
Iron Jugulis has Special Attack and Speed for its best stats, and for its moves, it comes with Dark Pulse, Air Slash, and Earth Power for some solid options, and it can get Dragon Pulse, U-turn, Taunt, Flash Cannon, Tailwind, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, Focus Blast, Hurricane, Meteor Beam, and Metal Sound. The only way for Iron Jugulis to boost its Special Attack is with Meteor Beam when equipped with a Power Herb, but other than that, it can hit hard with Dark Pulse and Air Slash. The Steel Tera Type is not only good defensively on Iron Jugulis, but it can also power up Flash Cannon, it can even go with Ground to boost Earth Power, it's a decent Pokémon in online battles. For Tera Raids, you will want to have a Dark or Flying Tera Type on Iron Jugulis, and it does get Metal Sound to lower the Special Defense of the opponent, and it can weaken their Special Attack with Snarl, but they are better options for Dark and Flying-type Pokémon for Tera Raid Battles.
