Synthesis
Strategy:
All of Erika's Pokémon have Chlorophyll as their ability, and she combines this with Sunny Day to make her Pokemon speedy.
Jumpluff - This Pokemon is only fast, it has bad other stats, apart from Sp. Def. Ice is 4x effective, but if you're using a Water/Ice type watch out for Giga Drain. Since this Pokemon is kinda rubbish, it will most likely set up a Sunny Day and let itself get killed.
Tangela - The annoying Tangela. It has nice Defense and Sp. Attack, but low Special Defense and Attack. It also isn't that fast, but with Sunny Day it will become twice as fast. If it lives your hit, Sleep Powder will annoy you A LOT - you know how irritating Grass-types are when they learn the Spores and Powders.
Victreebel - While it has base 105 Attack, it has really bad defenses. It is Physical-based despite being a Grass type, so Special Attacks are the way to go. If it uses Sunny Day, hit it with a Fire move since it will be 4x effective in sunlight.
Bellossom - Very slow, but if it uses Sunny Day, it will become twice as fast. This also powers up its Synthesis, causing it to work like a Max Potion (not a Full Restore as it doesn't heal status ailments). That gives it more Max Potions than the Champion has Full Restores! Physical attacks are best here.
