Strategy:
When it comes down to Lance, 5 of his Pokemon have 4x Weaknesses, so if you exploit them, he isn't that hard at all.

Gyarados - When it gets into the red zone of HP, Lance probably will not use a Full Restore, he will have his Gyarados use Flail to do massive damage. Make sure you time your hits correctly - if a move does just under 1/2 damage, use a really weak attack, then use the stronger move.

Aerodactyl - Can take Special hits better than Physical Hits. It is very very very very very fast and has nice Attack too. Pressure will annoy you if you are using moves like Thunder which have low PP, because if the attack misses a few times, you will need an Ether. It loves to use Rock Slide, hoping you will flinch.

Charizard - While most Charizards run a Special Moveset, this one runs more of a Physical one, with Shadow Claw, Fire Fang and Dragon Claw all being Physical. Rock works great here, while Water/Electric also work.

Dragonite Level 49 w/ Blizzard - Slows you down with Thunder Wave and hits you hard with Dragon Rush, Hyper Beam and Blizzard. Ice works really well here, but if you don't have an Ice type, Dragon and Rock also work.

Dragonite Level 49 w/ Thunder - You aren't seeing double, he has more than one Dragonite. This one does the same as the other one, however, this one knows Thunder and not Blizzard.

Dragonite Level 50 - Have you had enough Dragonites yet? No? Well, here's another one for you. This one is his main Pokémon, which counters it's Ice Weakness with Fire Blast, and severely injures you with Outrage and Hyper Beam. Stat-wise, all three Dragonites have insane Attack, nice Special Attack, nice Special Defense, good Defense, good Speed, and nice HP.
