The third part of the Galarian Star Tournament, and I don't know if you get new partners if you pick the same partner many times, but I do find it is recommended you pick different partners for each time you take part. In this part, I will go over Bede, Opal, and Piers, and if you are wondering why I went with Gordie before then, it made sense in the previous part, as Bea and Gordie are Gym Leaders exclusive to Sword, while Bede and Opal are Fairy-type Gym Leaders.
Bede: Hop, Opal, Klara, Avery
Opal: Hop, Bede, Piers, Mustard
Piers: Marnie, Milo, Opal, Raihan

It does surprise me that Opal can take part in the Galarian Star Tournament, despite being a retired Gym Leader, so I feel that is huge excuse, because Opal was absent during the Champion Cup, and she never appears when you do Champion Cup rematches, I get that she's retired, but I don't understand why she takes part in the Galarian Star Tournament. I will go over their teams as well.
Bede's team:
Mawile: Iron Head, Fake Tears, Play Rough, Crunch
Rapidash: Zen Headbutt, Smart Strike, Dazzling Gleam, Drill Run
Hatterene: Psychic, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Calm Mind

On Serebii.net, it does list that Bede does team up with Hop, but I have not seen any proof of it, because I have done Galarian Star Tournament many times, and I have never seen Hop team up with Bede once, but I do know that Bede and Hop have dialogue before battle if they go up against each other. As for his team, Bede will Gigantamax his Hatterene, and any Fairy-type moves used turn into G-Max Smite, which can confuse targets, and as Hatterene is really slow, it works really well if you have any Pokémon with Trick Room on your team.

Opal's team:
Weezing: Venoshock, Protect, Strange Steam, Toxic
Togekiss: Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam, Reflect, Mystical Fire
Alcremie: Draining Kiss, Acid Armor, Psychic, Decorate

Opal's team is lower levelled than most of the other Trainers you team up with, her Weezing has Toxic and Venoshock for a good combo move, her Togekiss can set up Reflect. Opal will Gigantamax her Alcremie, and its Fairy-type moves become G-Max Finale, which will heal up Alcremie and its teammate after use. If Opal sends out Alcremie before it is her turn to Dynamax, it can use Decorate to power up your Pokémon's Attack and Special Attack.

Piers's team:
Skuntank: Sucker Punch, Screech, Toxic, Snarl
Toxtricity: Overdrive, Sludge Bomb, Taunt, Venom Drench
Obstagoon: Obstruct, Throat Chop, Counter, Shadow Claw

For being the first ever Dark-type Gym Leader in the main series, Piers specializes in status moves on most of his Pokémon, his Skuntank has Screech and Toxic to wear down opponents, and allowing your Physical Attackers to get in more damage. While I do find Venom Drench on Toxtricity to be questionable, I guess it's there if his Skuntank faints and it can use it on a poisoned target to lower their Attack, Special Attack, and Speed, and Obstagoon can use Obstruct to lower the target's Defense if they use a contact move on it. Piers will never Dynamax his Pokémon, although it would have been great to see him with Gigantamax Toxtricity, as that is a Gigantamax form that was not available until an event.
