Now that Kubfu has bonded with us, Mustard suggests that we visit the Towers of Two Fists, one is known as the Tower of Waters, and the other is Tower of Darkness. In this video, we check out Challenge Beach, which is where the Tower of Waters is located, and we check out the sea areas to find some Water-type Pokémon that can be found there.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I don't enter any of the towers in this part, instead we check out a new area called Challenge Beach, and maybe some of the sea areas near it. I might as well go over the new encounters for Challenge Beach.
This is where you can encounter wild Magnemite and Psyduck, while Magnemite is easily accessible there, it wouldn't be bad to pick up, as it can evolve into Magneton, and when you use a Thunder Stone, you can get Magnezone, a great Electric/Steel-type Special Attacker. As for Psyduck, it is there, even if we encountered Golduck in some previous areas before then.
Staryu can be encountered on the beach, and despite Starmie being available back at the beginning, here is where you can find Staryu, and I did already go over Starmie back at Fields of Honor.
There is one new encounter, and that is Dedenne, the Electric/Fairy-type Pikachu clone from the Kalos region. Dedenne can now learn Dazzling Gleam in this game, which goes well with its better Special Attack stat, and it has good Speed. There are some downsides to it, Dedenne is outclassed by better Electric-types, and you get Magnemite in the same area, so I cannot recommend using Dedenne.
We also check out some sea areas, first is Honeycalm Sea, and the one thing I don't like about the sea areas is how difficult it is to escape from any Sharpedo chasing after you. On one island, you can find a Dragon Scale, which you can equip to Seadra and trade it in order to evolve it into Kingdra, and you can find Seadra as an overworld encounter here, but in thunderstorms, you can encounter Kingdra. It is a Water/Dragon-type with all-around good stats, and it does get some good moves like Surf and Dragon Pulse, so it would be good to add Kingdra to your team, it has a great type combination. You can find the pre-evolved form Horsea in Insular Sea.
There are some version exclusive Pokémon you can find in the sea areas, Clauncher and its evolved form Clawitzer are exclusive to Sword. Clawitzer has great Special Attack, and its Ability of Mega Launcher makes it a great user of the new move Terrain Pulse, specially if you use Clawitzer in a team that uses terrain, otherwise it can get moves like Water Pulse, Dark Pulse, and Aura Sphere for good moves, Clawitzer is a fairly good Water-type Pokémon to use.
In Shield, you would find Skrelp and its evolved form Dragalge, a Poison/Dragon-type Pokémon, or Poison/Water for Skrelp. Dragalge has good Special Defense and decent Special Attack, so it should be able to make good use of Sludge Bomb and Dragon Pulse, and it is a good Poison-type option if you want to use it.
On the island in Insular Sea, you can find Exeggcute and its evolved form Exeggutor there. Exeggutor has great Special Attack, but the downside is its type combo of Grass/Psychic does give it a lot of weaknesses, but aside from that, it is a good Pokémon to use on your team.
Only in thunderstorms, you can find Magnezone as an overworld encounter on the island, so it's there if you want to capture one.
Then for Steeping-Stone Sea, there is a berry tree that you can shake, and there is a rare chance that you can encounter Flapple in Sword, or Appletun in Shield, but aside from that, the island is full of Skwovet and Exeggcute, and in rainy weather, Wingull can be found there.
