It is time for Fighting-type Pokémon to take on Restricted Sparring, and I just recently found out that certain Legendary or Mythical Pokémon cannot be used, usually it is Pokémon that would be banned in the Battle Tower in previous games, so in this case, Zamazenta and Keldeo cannot be used for Restricted Sparring, but you can use Urshifu.
Then for the team I went with, and I did go with two fast Fighting-type Pokémon, Mienshao is the lead of the fight, he has Fake Out to start things off, and if he is in a bad match-up, I can use U-turn to get Mienshao out of the fight and send in a better pick for that opponent, and since Mienshao has Regenerator, he can heal off some damage from switching out with U-turn. He does have Knock Off as an option for any Psychic or Ghost-type Pokémon that he is put up against.
Next is Hawlucha, and I equipped her with a Power Herb and gave her Sky Attack, giving her a powerful Flying-type move, and once Unburden activates, I can use Acrobatics to get in some good damage on the opponents. Like with Mienshao, I have Close Combat on Hawlucha as well.
As most of the Fighting-type Pokémon are Physical attackers, I went with Lucario for my Special Attacker, as this is one of few Fighting-types that can be used for Special Attacks. She has Aura Sphere and Flash Cannon for her main moves, Dark Pulse for coverage, and Vacuum Wave for priority, I did consider replacing Dark Pulse for Psychic at first, but decided on keeping Dark Pulse.
While those are my choices of Pokémon, I could list a few alternative options, as Hawlucha and Mienshao have very high Speed, most Fighting-type Pokémon don't tend to have good Speed, one example being Conkeldurr, which has high Attack, but low Speed.
Fighting-type Pokémon usually are more into Physical attacks, and some good options include Machamp, Sirfetch'd, Gallade, Toxicroak, Heracross, Conkeldurr, Mienshao, Pangoro, Bewear, Kommo-o, Urshifu, and a few others. Kommo-o is one of few Fighting-types that can be used as a Special Attacker, and Toxicroak can use a Nasty Plot set to make use of its Special moves, and you can use Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion for this one, Terrakion being the more powerful out of the three with its good Attack and Speed.
There are some lesser Fighting-types, like Throh, Sawk, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Hitmontop, Poliwrath, Scrafty, Grapploct, Falinks, Passimian, and some others. Fighting is a very powerful type on the attacking side, and most of which can learn Close Combat, so they can work as very powerful Physical attackers. With Urshifu being one Pokémon that is allowed for Restricted Sparring, it can be one of the best options to use with its high Attack stat and good Speed, as well as having a powerful signature move depending on its form.
