The next Pokémon that I do for Surprise Trade is Lickitung, originally a Normal-type that couldn't evolve back in the day of Gen 1, but in Gen 4, it gained an evolution in Lickilicky. I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and some of the Lickitung have Cloud Nine, which is its Hidden Ability, but I just did it anyway, as Lickilicky isn't used that often, or ever in online battles.
I went with Brave for the Nature, because Lickitung has very low Speed, but it can work as either a Physical or Special Attacker, as it does learn a wide variety of moves, and for its Egg Moves, it only learns four in this game, those are Belch, Curse, Hammer Arm, and Thrash, I will list which parents in the Monster Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Belch: Snorlax
Curse: Slowpoke, G-Slowpoke, Slowbro, G-Slowbro, Slowking, G-Slowking, Bergmite, Avalugg
Hammer Arm: Rhydon, Snorlax, Swampert, Rhyperior
Thrash: Cubone, Marowak, A-Marowak, Larvitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar, Tyrunt, Tyrantrum

While only four moves, in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, Lickitung can learn Amnesia, Belly Drum, Body Slam, Muddy Water, Snore, and Zen Headbutt through breeding, and Lickitung can already learn Belly Drum as a level up moves. The moves I would recommend on Lickitung in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl are Body Slam, Curse, Muddy Water, and Zen Headbutt, it learns Body Slam from Lapras, Snorlax, and the Chikorita line, it learns Muddy Water from Swampert, and it learns Zen Headbutt from the Slowpoke and Cranidos lines.
Lickitung evolves into Lickilicky when it levels up while knowing Rollout, and Lickitung learns that move at Level 6, so you can get Lickilicky very early on in this game, it does have Lick and Defense Curl for its starting moves, and it can learn Supersonic, Wrap, Disable, Stomp, Knock Off, Screech, Slam, Power Whip, and Belly Drum for level up moves.
Next are TMs and TRs, and I will be going over what Lickilicky can learn, it can get the Elemental Punches, Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Solar Beam, Dig, Self-Destruct, Rock Slide, Thief, Icy Wind, Whirlpool, Brick Break, Rock Tomb, Retaliate, Bulldoze, Brutal Swing, and Stomping Tantrum, and for TRs, it can learn Swords Dance, Body Slam, Flamethrower, Surf, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard, Earthquake, Amnesia, Iron Tail, Shadow Ball, Muddy Water, Gyro Ball, Focus Blast, Zen Headbutt, Work Up, and Body Press, and for Tutor Moves, it can learn Terrain Pulse and Steel Roller. For moves it can learn in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl through TMs, it can get Focus Punch, Water Pulse, Shock Wave, Explosion, Dream Eater, Strength, Rock Climb, and a few other moves.
Lickilicky is a very tricky Pokémon to use in online battles, while it does get access to Belly Drum, along with some good moves like Power Whip, Earthquake, Body Slam, Knock Off, and many other moves, it is outclassed by Snorlax as a Normal-type. The one advantage about Lickilicky is that it is one of few Normal-type Pokémon to learn Self-Destruct, but then again Snorlax can learn that move as well, there isn't much to go over as its stats are kind of average, it does have a good HP stat, it is quite defensive, but it is outclassed by better Pokémon. Lickitung wasn't that good back in Gen 1 to Gen 3 because it also was outclassed by better Pokémon, and it didn't have anything to keep up with them, and there isn't any reason to go over how Lickilicky fares in Double Battles when Snorlax has a Gigantamax Form that allows it to replenish its held Berry, and making it very dangerous in Trick Room teams.
Lickilicky is even harder to use in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, because while it is outclassed by Snorlax, there are already better Pokémon in that game. The one advantage is it can learn Explosion, but it cannot halve Defense like it did in the original games, it is a decent Pokémon to use as it can learn a wide variety of moves, but there are better options.
While Gen 1 did have some Normal-type Pokémon that could not evolve, like Kangaskhan, Chansey, Tauros, and Porygon, out of all of those, Lickitung wasn't as good as them, and while both Chansey and Porygon received evolved forms in Gen 2, Lickitung didn't get one until Gen 4, and unlike the other two, Lickilicky was outclassed by better Pokémon, while it is a defensive Pokémon, it doesn't mean much as a Normal-type, which does not resist anything outside of an immunity to Ghost and a weakness to Fighting-type moves.
