I take on the Legendary Pokémon from Hoenn in this video, and the good thing is that each of the rooms they are in, they are the only Legendary Pokémon of said rooms, it isn't easy getting Mysterious Shards from the Grand Underground when going for those Legendary Pokémon in Ramanas Park.

I show the Legendary Pokémon from Hoenn, and there are three rooms, the first one is Oceanic Room, which is where you can take on Kyogre. I do like how Strange Space has the Distortion World-like background, and I do like the battle theme for that, and one part of the song does remind me of the Mystery Dungeon games in some way.
Kyogre has Drizzle to summon the rain for five turns, and it knows Aqua Ring, which is one of the worse moves to deal with when fighting a Legendary Pokémon, it also knows Ice Beam, Sheer Cold, and Origin Pulse. Kyogre's Origin Pulse can hurt for a lot of damage while the rain is active, and as it is a Water-type Pokémon, Net Balls are very effective at catching Kyogre, even if you have to deal with its Aqua Ring.
Kyogre has massive Special Attack and a good Special Defense stat, and with Drizzle, its moves like Origin Pulse and Water Spout can deal huge damage, Water Spout with Choice Scarf is a very popular strategy with Kyogre, it can destroy anything that does not resist Water. It can learn Calm Mind to boost its Special Attack and Special Defense, and Thunder is a great move for it to deal with opposing Water-type Pokémon, as it will not miss in the rain, with all of those, Kyogre is one of the most powerful Pokémon in battle. After catching Kyogre, you can get an Enigma Berry, Micle Berry, and Custap Berry.
Next is the Tectonic Room, which is where Groudon can be obtained if you have the Tectonic Slate, Groudon has Hammer Arm, Fissure, Rest, and Precipice Blades, and it has Drought for its Ability. Precipice Blades is really powerful, and while Groudon does have Rest, if you can get its HP really low while it is sleeping, it does make it a bit easier to catch, but it can only stay asleep for two turns.
As for stats, Groudon has very high Attack, and a good Defense stat, its signature Precipice Blades is a very powerful Ground-type move, and it can boost its Attack even further with Swords Dance, and it does get some good coverage options like Stone Edge, Brick Break, and Dragon Claw. Groudon can even go Mixed, as having Flamethrower or Overheat are not bad moves, if only it could learn Fire Punch in this game so it could have a Physical Fire-type move. You can get a Liechi Berry, Salac Berry, and Ganlon Berry after catching Groudon.
The last member of the trio is Rayquaza, which in the Stratospheric Room if you have the Stratospheric Slate, its moves are Dragon Pulse, Rest, Fly, and Hyper Voice, and this one is really easy to catch, Rayquaza has a catch rate of 45, this is because in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Rayquaza was required to be caught during the after-game storyline, and they didn't change its catch rate back to 3 like in games before then.
As with its stats, Rayquaza has very high Attack and Special Attack, and it has a decent Speed stat, giving you a lot of options to work with, you can reteach it Dragon Ascent, its signature move and a very powerful Flying-type move that cuts Rayquaza's Defense and Special Defense when used, it can use Dragon Dance and pair it with Outrage, Dragon Ascent, and Extreme Speed for some great moves, although it can use some coverage in moves like Earthquake. Rayquaza can learn a wide variety of moves, like Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Brick Break, Stone Edge, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Surf, Waterfall, Draco Meteor, and many other moves, it is a versatile Pokémon with all of these moves to choose from. After catching Rayquaza, you can get a Rowap Berry, Jaboca Berry, and Roseli Berry, it is a good thing you can get those rare Berries for catching the Legendary Pokémon.
