For this week's Surprise Trades, it will be the Electric/Steel-type Togedemaru, Gen 7's Pikachu clone. With my usual Surprise Trades, I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and these Togedemaru have a Jolly Nature, as Speed and Attack are Togedemaru's best stats, and some Egg Moves, for moves, I went with Fake Out, Tickle, Wish, and Flail.
Togedemaru can also get Present and Disarming Voice, but I didn't feel like they were good enough Egg Moves to go with, I will list which parents in the Field & Fairy Egg Groups that can learn those moves.
Disarming Voice: Clefairy, Clefable, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Espurr, Meowstic, Aromatisse, Sylveon, Popplio, Brionne, Primarina, Indeedee
Fake Out: Meowth, A-Meowth, G-Meowth, Persian, A-Persian, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Purrloin, Liepard, Mienfoo, Mienshao, Espurr, Meowstic, Impidimp, Morgrem, Grimmsnarl, Perrserker
Flail: Dunsparce, Swinub, Piloswine, Zigzagoon, Linoone, Mamoswine, Cubchoo, Beartic, Bunnelby, Diggersby, Spritzee, Aromatisse, Stufful, Bewear
Present: Delibird
Tickle: Minccino, Cinccino
Wish: Togetic, Togekiss, Swirlix, Slurpuff

I find that the Fairy Egg Group has some very hard moves to breed onto some Pokémon, and I find that Fake Out and Wish are more notable moves to go with on Togedemaru. While Sturdy is its Hidden Ability, some of them have Iron Barbs and Lightning Rod, they can be useful depending on how you use it, Iron Barbs is better for going through the story.
Next is going over its level up moves, it can be retaught Nuzzle through the Move Reminder, and it can learn Charge, Fell Stinger, Spark, Pin Missile, Magnet Rise, Zing Zap, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Wild Charge, and Spiky Shield.
Then for Togedemaru's TM and TR movepool, starting with TMs, it can learn Thunder Wave, Reflect, Bounce, U-turn, Helping Hand, Assurance, Payback, Attract, Volt Switch, Electroweb, Eerie Impulse, and a few other moves. For TRs, it can learn Iron Head, Agility, Reversal, Endure, Gyro Ball, Poison Jab, Zen Headbutt, Electro Ball, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Grass Knot, Iron Tail, Encore, Work Up, and many other moves, I don't recommend teaching Togedemaru any Special moves, as its Special Attack stat is very low.
Then for Togedemaru in online battles, or the competitive scene, and while Electric/Steel is a great type combination, it's nowhere as good as Magnezone in the competitive scene. Togedemaru is one of few Pokémon to benefit from different Abilities depending on the format, Iron Barbs isn't a requirement for Togedemaru, because Ferrothorn has that Ability and is already a top tier cometitive Pokémon. For Single Battles, Sturdy is the best you can go with on Togedemaru, so that way it can survive a powerful Attack and the most popular items are usually Liechi Berry or Weakness Policy, if the attack was super effective, that can help Togedemaru gain a boost in Attack, and it can use Nuzzle to paralyze its foes and use Iron Head and Zing Zap to get some flinches in, and if you equip a King's Rock on it, that will make it less likely for foes to get in an attack, but good thing Togedemaru does not have Serene Grace, otherwise it would be too overpowered. Reversal is a noteworthy move, because if the Togedemaru set has Sturdy and a Liechi Berry or Weakness Policy, Reversal is a devastating move, that can deal a huge amount of damage, as it is 200 power is Togedemaru is at least 1 HP, this is a Pokémon full of tricks if you can pull them off. I remember the Level 1 Togedemaru set back in Sun & Moon with Endeavor in Trick Room, but I think it was a Double Battle team that made use of it.
I find that Togedemaru is better in Double Battles, because Lightning Rod is the Ability you want for it, and it can use Fake Out for its main move, Nuzzle to paralyze an opponent, and either Iron Head or Zing Zap for flinching the target, and Spiky Shield as a protection move, and that will damage a target if they make contact with Togedemaru, Spiky Shield was once the signature move of Chesnaught in X & Y, and Togedemaru is one of very few Pokémon to learn that move, and speaking of signature moves, Zing Zap was Togedemaru's signature move in Sun & Moon.
Focus Sash is usually the preferred item, as Togedemaru is not that defensive of a Pokémon, and while Lightning Rod is not that bad of an Ability, Togedemaru does not have good Special Attack, so it can't make use of the Special Attack boost, while something like Raichu or Manectric make better use of Lightning Rod.
Togedemaru did see use in VGC Tournaments in Gen 7, but it wasn't as hype as Pachirisu was back in around 2014 where the winner of that one VGC Tournament had a Pachirisu on his team, and it had Follow Me, and that surprised many people who watched the VGC Tournaments back in those days, and Togedemaru is a Pokémon that does have some tricks if you can put them to good use.
