The main quest of the Crown Tundra is completed, and this one will be about the Legendary Pokémon footprints, if you talk to Sonia after getting 100% on the footprints, the Legendary Pokémon will show up in different areas, so it is time to go after another Legendary Trio.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is not part of the main Crown Tundra quest, but you can find footprints throughout the area, and if you have 100% of each Legendary Pokémon footprints, talk to Sonia, and she will tell you where the Legendary Pokémon is sighted. I have heard the footprints are easier to find than the Alolan Diglett on the Isle of Armor.
Starting with the Iron Will Pokémon, its footprints can be found at Three-Point Pass and Frigid Sea, and they are easy to spot, specially in Three-Point Pass, because the footprints are blue. Cobalion will be on an island at Frigid Sea, and unfortunately the Swords of Justice get the Wild Pokémon Battle theme instead of remixing the Unova Legendary Battle theme. All of the Swords of Justice have Swords Dance, Sacred Sword, and Close Combat, and Cobalion has Iron Head, and they can be dangerous to fight if they set up Swords Dance, and try to avoid using Dark-type moves, as they have Justified for their Ability.
Cobalion is a Steel/Fighting-type, and out of the Swords of Justice, its best stat is Defense, and it can be used as a lead with moves like Stealth Rock and Volt Switch, and it has access to Taunt and Thunder Wave, it can be a Physical Attacker with Iron Head, Close Combat, Swords Dance, and Stone Edge, or you could go with a Special Attacker with Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, and Air Slash. Cobalion has solid versatility in defensive moves, and the Swords of Justice are the few Pokémon that can learn Sacred Sword, it was their signature move back in Gen 5.
The next Sword of Justice is Terrakion, the Cavern Pokémon, it is a Rock/Fighting-type and it can be found in Lakeside Cave, its footprints can be seen throughout Ballimere Lake and Lakeside Cave, and they are brown, so they are a bit harder to spot than Cobalion's footprints.
Terrakion has the same moves, the difference is it has Stone Edge, and it has high Attack, so if Terrakion sets up Swords Dance, it can sweep everything on your team if you don't have many things that resist its moves. For stats, Terrakion is the Physical Attacker out of the three, and it isn't as defensive as Cobalion, and with Justified, it was a popular teammate for Whimsicott back in Gen 5 VGC Tournaments, the strategy was to have Whimsicott use Beat Up on Terrakion to boost its Attack, and Terrakion would sweep with Rock Slide and Close Combat.
For Terrakion's movepool, it can learn Earthquake, Megahorn, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, and a few others, and with a Swords Dance boost, Terrakion is capable of sweeping entire teams with that high Attack stat and good Speed.
The next member of the Swords of Justice is Virizion, the Grassland Pokémon, it is a Grass/Fighting-type, and its footprints are harder to find, they are found throughout Giant's Bed, and they are green, and most of which are camouflaged with the plants. It has the same moves as the other two, the difference is it has Leaf Blade. Virizion has identical stats to Cobalion, what makes the two different is that Virizion has higher Special Defense.
Virizion is the least used out of the Swords of Justice, it can be used many different ways, as a Special Attacker with Calm Mind, Giga Drain, Focus Blast, and Air Slash, or a Physical Attacker with Swords Dance, Leaf Blade, Close Combat, and Stone Edge, it can also get Zen Headbutt and Bounce for other moves, and it can use Light Screen and Reflect for support moves.
When you have caught all three, talk to Sonia to complete the quest, and she will leave the Beldum by itself, and the person who lives in this house is in Freezington, but you don't see the person inside that house.
There is a secret, on an empty island on Ballimere Lake, there is a cooking pot, go into Pokémon Camp with all three of the Swords of Justice in your party, cook a curry, and that will attract Keldeo, a Mythical Pokémon and the fourth member of the Swords of Justice. It will be in its Resolute Form, and for moves, it has Hydro Pump, Sacred Sword, Swords Dance, and Secret Sword.
For stats, Keldeo is a Special Attacker, and Secret Sword is its signature move, it is like Psyshock where it is a Special move that targets the opponent's Defense stat. It can use Air Slash, Icy Wind, Surf, Aura Sphere, and a few other moves, Keldeo will be in its Resolute Form if it has the move Secret Sword, otherwise it will be in its Ordinary Form. This is the second Mythical Pokémon to be obtained without an Event, the first was Deoxys in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, so at least this quests gives you a free Mythical Pokémon to catch.
