After crossing the Frigid Sea, which leads to Three-Point Pass, and this is home to two new Legendary Titans, one that is said to be more powerful than any Electric-type Pokémon, and one that has as much power than the most powerful Dragon-type Pokémon, but there is only one choice, time to see which one I go with.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Couldn't believe I was one Galarica Twig away from getting a Galarica Wreath, so I spent time trying to find one throughout the Isle of Armor, and I am able to get one, which will allow me to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking.
Three-Point Pass is where the Split-Decision Ruins are, and for overworld encounters, you can find Golurk and Dragapult, and only in thunderstorms you can find Electivire. For encounters, you can find Bronzong, Claydol, Dubwool, Avalugg, Audino, Phantump, Araquanid, Galvantula, Electabuzz, Magmar, Cryogonal, Vanillish, Absol, Heatmor, Durant, Druddigon, Hattrem, and Mimikyu, some of which appear depending on the weather.
There is a path that leads to Roaring-Sea Caves where you can pick up the Earthquake TR, and there are two TRs outside the ruins, one for Thunder, and one for Outrage, which does hint what we are up against.
In Split-Decision Ruins, you can only pick which Legendary Pokémon you want to fight, and you have to light up panels to match the pattern, I will go over each one, and in order to access Split-Decision Ruins, you need to have caught Regirock, Regice, and Registeel and have them in your party.
The first one to go over is Regieleki, it is an Electric-type Pokémon and its moves are Thunder Cage, Electroweb, Magnet Rise, and Extreme Speed. Thunder Cage is Regieleki's signature move, it is an 80 power Special Electric-type move with 90 Accuracy that traps the target for 4 to 5 turns, dealing damage at the end of each turn. For stats, Regieleki is the current fastest Pokémon out of every single one out there, it has base 200 Speed, beating out Speed Form Deoxys as the fastest Pokémon.
When captured, Regieleki can be a decent Electric-type Pokémon to use, it has a unique Ability called Transistor, which powers up its Electric-type moves by 50%, the downside is Regieleki's movepool is very limited, outside of Electric-type moves, it gets Ancient Power, Extreme Speed, Bounce, Acrobatics, and that's about it, with its high Speed, Regieleki can make use of Reflect and Light Screen, and it has access to Rapid Spin to remove entry hazards, so at least the high Speed stat is the one thing Regieleki has going for it.
The other Legendary Pokémon is Regidrago, it is a Dragon-type Pokémon and its moves are Dragon Energy, Dragon Claw, Hammer Arm, and Focus Energy, and out of the two, I prefer Regidrago's design, I like how what looks to be its arms looks like the head of a Charizard. Dragon Energy is Regidrago's signature move, it is a 150 power Special Dragon-type move that hits both targets in a Double Battle, and it gets weaker if Regidrago's HP is lower, so it's a Dragon-type version of Water Spout and Eruption. Its Ability is Dragon's Maw, which boosts the power of its Dragon-type moves by 50%.
Going over stats, Regidrago has base 200 HP, while it isn't as high as Chansey or Blissey, it is good. The downside is Regidrago's Special movepool is limited, while it does get Dragon Energy, the other moves it gets are Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, and Ancient Power, so Regidrago is better as a Physical Attacker, it can get Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Crunch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, and Hammer Arm. It's a good Dragon-type Legendary Pokémon, while it might seem a common type among Legendary Pokémon, at least Regidrago has some good access to some nice moves.
After capturing Regieleki or Regidrago, you have completed the Legendary Titans quest, report back to Peony in order for the quest to count as completed, and this leaves one more Legendary quest remaining.
