After interacting with the Dyna Tree, the three Legendary Bird Pokémon are in different areas, Articuno is at the Crown Tundra, Zapdos is at the Wild Area in Galar, and Moltres is at the Isle of Armor, and they can be very tricky to catch up to in order to battle them.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The Galarian Birds are roaming Pokémon, and they can be tricky at first, but you should be able to figure out their patterns to fight them in battle. At the beginning of the video, I decided to try and get up to 100% of the Grassland Pokémon footprints so that I can capture that Legendary Trio after catching the Galarian Birds.
I will start with Galarian Zapdos, it will be in the Wild Area, and it will be running very fast, so you need to have your bike ready. Zapdos does stop for a while, which does give you an opportunity to fight it, and that is some really cool music that plays when you battle them. Galarian Zapdos is a Fighting/Flying-type, and its moves are Thunderous Kick, Drill Peck, Reversal, and Focus Energy, Thunderous Kick is Galarian Zapdos's signature move, it is a 90 power Physical Fighting-type move that has a 100% chance of lowering the target's Defense, and unlike its Electric-type Kantonian counterpart, Galarian Zapdos is a Physical Attacker, and it is really fast.
Galarian Zapdos is an excellent Pokémon, it has a unique type combination of Fighting/Flying, which Hawlucha also has for its type. Galarian Zapdos learns some good Physical moves, like Close Combat, Brave Bird, Stomping Tantrum, Blaze Kick, Throat Chop, and many others, its Ability is Defiant, which boosts Zapdos's Attack if any of its stats are lowered, so this Pokémon is expected to be great in the competitive scene.
Next is Galarian Moltres, which is at the Isle of Armor, and it will be flying around the island, so you have to go in front of Moltres to battle it, and it does have a set flying pattern. Galarian Moltres is a Dark/Flying-type, and its signature move is Fiery Wrath, which is a 90 power Special Dark-type move that has a chance of flinching the opponent. It also has Hurricane, Sucker Punch, and Nasty Plot, and its Ability is Berserk, which increases Moltres's Special Attack if its HP goes below 50%, this can be a challenging opponent, as Fiery Wrath can really hurt if Moltres sets up Nasty Plot.
When captured, Moltres can be a good Pokémon to use, it has high Special Defense and good Special Attack, and the moves it has are good enough for it, but for moves you can teach it, Snarl is nice for Double Battles, but aside from that, its movepool is kind of limited, it's basically a weaker version of Yveltal, kind of like how the Kanto variant of Moltres is a weaker Ho-Oh, except Moltres is a Special Attacker.
The last one is Galarian Articuno, it is a Psychic/Flying-type, and it will be at the Crown Tundra, when you find Articuno, it will split into three copies, and the one that moves its wing is the real Articuno, and they will spin fast, and will slow down overtime. I have heard that the real Articuno's tail moves differently to the other two, it can be confusing at first.
Galarian Articuno's signature move is Freezing Glare, it is a 90 power Special Psychic-type move that has a chance of freezing the target, it also has Hurricane, Psycho Shift, and Psycho Cut for its moves, its Psycho Shift can be annoying, as Articuno can transfer its status condition to your Pokémon. Its Ability is Competitive, which boosts Articuno's Special Attack if any of its stats are lowered, so it's like a counterpart to Zapdos's Defiant.
Then for stats, Galarian Articuno has higher Special Attack, and it gets some nice Special moves, like Shadow Ball, and it can use Calm Mind to boost its Special Attack and Special Defense, allowing Articuno to sweep its opponents. In Psychic Terrain, Articuno can be a great user of Expanding Force, specially in Double Battles. You can encounter the Kantonian forms of the Legendary Birds in Dynamax Adventures, so this does give you a chance to capture their Kantonian forms.
Once you have captured all three of the Legendary Birds, talk to Peony to complete the quest, and I like how he says that the Legendary Birds look different to what he was expecting, and I do like their Pokédex entries where their names were inspired by their appearances. With Articuno, it has to do with firing beams that can freeze its opponents solid, which its Freezing Glare can do, for Zapdos, its feathers rubbing together create a cracking sound, and for Moltres, it is a flame-like aura that burns like lava, so I do like how the Pokédex entries goes into lore behind their names.
