It took a long time, took lots of fights with the Spanish navy, but I finally managed to capture another Spanish City for France, granting me with the next 25% of Savannah. Getting that last 25% won't be easy, as once again Spain got stronger as they used to be, plus France is the only nation at war with them now the Dutch signed peace. And on top of that, my finances are still lowering, so it'll be harder and harder for me to keep the balance positive.
Still, with that new 25% land in Savannah, I got the opportunity to build more industries, making it easier for me to produce some goods and sell them elsewhere; thus generating more profit from both the sales as well as renting housing to my workers.
