So on a whim I threw the Warthog (from Halo 2 Anniversary) into the project. In hindsight, I probably should have picked a more modern warthog model because getting the textures to look right ended up just.. not looking right. The chaingun looks a lot closer to expectations, but the warthog itself was just not set up with anything close to a PBR workflow in mind apparently.

On the plus side, all the major features are in and it mostly works pretty alright. I still need to set up the passenger being able to aim correctly and display the right weapon and stuff, but strictly speaking that isn't part of the warthog itself so I didn't spend a lot of time there.

It could probably stand to have some of the physics mass/friction/etc settings improved because it feels a lot heavier than it should, but that's just a matter of testing and tweaking.

Credits:

Warthog and sounds are from Halo 2 Anniversary and Halo 3 respectively.

the BR and SMG models/materials are from Vuthakral on Sketchfab (https://sketchfab.com/Vuthakral) but I did slightly modify the BR texture by adding the text to the side of the body that was on the Halo2 BR.

The SPNKr, Sniper, and Grunt models are from Halo2 Anniversary

The needler and plasma pistol model and materials are borrowed directly from Halo 5.

The Master Chief model and material are by Marcus Lehto

The Halo ring model and material in the background are by Aegis_Wolf on Sketchfab (https://sketchfab.com/Aegis_Wolf)

Most of the sounds are from Halo CE or Halo 2.

All the animations and weapon programming are by me. the UI elements are made by me, but obviously inspired directly from the source material.
Additional coding and support by @SaenGaems
