Well, this Project Blam upload is a little different than the previous ones. First, it’s a video of the creative process; starting from building the weapon firing animations in 3dsMax to importing into the engine and then implementing the animation and gameplay logic. (But if that sounds boring, skip to 16:10 to see the end result action.)
Second, its way longer. Not sure if you guys are into 15+ minute long videos, but I tried to trim it down as much as I could. It’s also speed up quite a bit… but since the process is a slow one, it should still be pretty interesting to watch sped up. Maybe even more so? I have no idea, but hopefully you do, so let me know in the comments if you like this kind of stuff, or if you want to see something more or different.

Credits:

the BR model and material are from Vuthakral on Sketchfab (https://sketchfab.com/Vuthakral) but I did slightly modify the texture by adding the text to the side of the body that was on the Halo2 BR.

The SPNKr model is from Halo2 Anniversary (multiplayer)

The needler and plasma pistol model and materials are borrowed directly from Halo 5.

The Sniper is borrowed from Halo 4.

The Master Chief model and material are by the one and only Marcus Lehto

The Halo ring model and material in the background are by Aegis_Wolf on Sketchfab (https://sketchfab.com/Aegis_Wolf)

Most of the sounds are from Halo CE or Halo 2.

All the animations and custom programming are by me. the UI elements are made by me, but obviously inspired directly from the source material.
