Chapter 5 Days Gone By Part 2

After investigating the hospital with Emi Terasawa, we deduce that the patient 66 year old Koichi Waku was missing from his bed at 8:30am on the day of the murder. He had dementia. Hospital staff filed a missing persons report. Okubu informed the police of where he hid the body.

We then check the garage of the hospital. Shintani says that an ADDC scientist saw Waku at 7:50am in his bed that day but they don't want to testify. Someone took Waku out of the room between that time and 8:30am when they noticed he was missing.
