Ingredients
Small bowl Pulled pork leftovers
2tbsp your favourite BBQ sauce
Pack of small rolls, warmed in the oven
Slaw:
Finely grated zest and juice 2 limes
2x5 mlsp (2 tsp) freshly grated ginger
1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
1x5 mlsp (1 tsp) light brown sugar
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, seeds removed and cut into thin strips
4x15 mlsp (4 tbsp) freshly chopped coriander
1x15 mlsp (1 tbsp) toasted peanuts, roughly chopped
