Yep, this is actually the last episode. I decided that doing a 5-minute fifth episode isn't worth it (and lol, I did say something in lines of that during my UFO Defense LP!). So, today we're gonna get lethal against the last stronghold of Stroggs and turrets official Quake 2 is going to throw at us!

So, what I think about both expansions? Well, both of them are definitely inferior to vanilla Quake 2. But what I want to say is that Ground Zero is more technically advanced than The Reckoning. Yet The Reckoning is more fun to play. Both expansions have mostly either recolored enemies with different abilities, but both of them have actually kinda new enemies (Gekk in The Reckoning, Stalkers and goddamn turrets here). The music is still awesome though - all thanks to Sonic Mayhem. Cutscene quality is better in Ground Zero. Weapons are better in The Reckoning (except for ETF rifle which is very fun, even if it was just a port of the nailgun from the first Quake).
All critical glitches which plagued vanilla expansion packs (like save corruption in The Reckoning and plot rewind in Ground Zero which caused the level to reload itself) are fixed in Yamagi. Both expansions have quite interesting levels.

I'll say it's an even between them.
Both expansions get 7.5 from me. Still, it isn't 9.5 that Quake 2 RTX earned from me or the perfect 10 for the vanilla version.
