Well, I have found an official Quake 2 release that I really do not like. This expansion has its flaws, too many that keep adding up. The new enemies are interesting, but as a whole, I don't think any of the enemies are utilized well. This game keeps boxing you in, putting the player in situations where it's difficult to deal with things. Either because multiple threats are at different directions, and dealing with one leads to massive damage from the other, or just not really placing the enemies well in the first place. And those damned wall turrets are the worst. Very high damage and put often in bad locations. Or worse, delayed locations, so that they only come out because you're already fighting.
