Rallisport Challenge is a rally game developed by Digital Illusions and released for Xbox and PC in 2002 by Microsoft Game Studios. It allows a career with up to 25 cars including the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 and the Suzuki Grand Vitara. Four races that are included in the game are Rally, Hillclimb, Ice Racing, and Rallycross. The game became an Xbox Platinum Hit and spawned a sequel, Rallisoprt Challenge 2.
The game runs quite well on my system, the game has been patched to run at widescreen resolutions. The game seems to lag a bit with everything on high, but the FPS counter displays a solid 40-60 fps. This may be an issue either with leopard or the old build of cider it's based on, which may cause issues with newer chipsets.
This video was recorded with Snapz Pro X, edited with Final Cut Pro, then compressed with Adobe Media Encoder CS4 on an Early 2009 24" iMac with a 3.06Ghz C2D, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and an ATI HD4850 GFX card. Enjoy ;)
