I initially wanted to end the season with this review, but due to an administration error it ended up being the next-to-last review instead. The original footage didnt look much after being held up to the light, so I ripped a new try to complete the review and show the bridge stage, and also the wolfman character. Thats why the 'playguide' section starts with this new footage and I basically kick the can around until then. I thought I could get further than this but I got slaughtered on the final level and this took almost all of my energy away in seconds. I again considered whether it would be worth trying the multiplayer mode and reviewing that, but with Gentleman Octopus etc already covering that mode recently with his wife, I stuck to my usual one-on-one performance. I think a 'multi-player special' would cover the 10 best multi-player games anyway.
The review was another quick effort, but this time I completed it a bit early for a change. I didnt add much to it except where necessary to show screenshots and movie posters, and although I considered adding more to the comparison zone, in the end I thought the review ran ok without many alterations. Again I tried to sound cheerful during the narration as I was aware the Simulcra review didnt come out too well. This time its back to my happy self - without being too 'Jeremy Clarkson'. I narrated Typhoon Thompson last week so I've no idea how that will turn out until I hear it again next week.

I realise Rampage isnt a massive draw when games like Lemmings and Cannon Fodder are simply begging to be reviewed, but as surprising as it may sound, Lemmings was supposed to have been reviewed in this spot right here; having been held back from season 1; and now it will be an x-mas special because it got held back yet again. I do have a long list of games for season 3 but more on that later.
