Yo! Joe! (Amiga) - A Playguide and Review - by LemonAmiga.com
Yo! Joe! is an arcade style platform beat 'em up from 1993, with bags of character, superb graphics, and so many atmospheric musical themes. I take an extended tour to test out the fun factor.
Production Notes:
=============
Ripped: 20.5.2013 (levels 1,2A,4,5) and 22.6.2014 (levels 2B,3)

Version 3B
You may notice the rip was taken all the way back from 12 months ago, funny how these things turn out. The Ankh has been on the intro titles all this time, and Superfrog collects it.
I had pre-edited the footage and re-synced (as best as I could) and the sound effects/music track some weeks before I started the edit. This made the whole job much easier. I spent a whole day Tuesday on the video plus a few hours Monday night narrating the voice-over, and Wednesday making the second pass of tweaks. By this time the video deadline was only one day away, so I rendered the 2.8GB file knowing it would take 2 days to upload it.
Once again, I tried to pack in as much as I could in the saggy middle part (the credits) and for the last 10mins to help the video along, and the bubble captions from my c64 reviews really came in handy.
Bugs: I notice there are still some sound issues, odd words which fade away, the introduction of the vampire ghost is a bit vague, and the SFX sync of level 2 is off. I tried to fix most of these issues but one bug leads to another and I had no time to go over this a third time with a fine tooth comb, as I normally do, to keep this on schedule. The very last thing to be added was the caption under the intro high scores train showing the score I got when I won that round of the championship (i.e. kill everything plus milked the zombies and the monks 3 times each).
