Are some on their way off the list, to be replaced by tabletop games with more unique mechanics? Shelfside digs into these games, whether they're Euro or Ameritrash, regardless of their genre. Card drafting, worker placement, area control, doesn't matter the rules and strategies, we talk about it! Some games, like Root are dominated by competitive board gamers. Pandemic Legacy or Gloomhaven are beloved by those who like campaigns or no randomness, no dice combat. Some games of the past have been out of print for so long, like Battlestar Galactica and Android: Netrunner, which we can share our current thoughts on.
