Neo spends his days doing random activities with Natsuki as he attempts to grow a bond between her and Neon (a lot of the same stuff as he did with Yuri, as a matter of fact...), and Natsuki's attempts at tsundere-ing her way through everything they do bring a constant source of amusement from Neo. But unfortunately for them something had to come along and bring a depressing little topic to Neo and Neon's attention, and that is the fact that Natsuki seems to be under the care of an abusive father, and listening to Natsuki talk a little about her upbringing does to a decent way to explain Natsuki's personality and quirks. Neon promises to do whatever he can to help Natsuki should things ever escalate between she and her father, but his "act first, think things through later" attitude over the absolutely not black-and-white issue of Natsuki's terrible situation greatly annoys Neo. The issue of Natsuki's father is soon put on the back burner shortly after it is brought up, and Natsuki and Neon continue to enjoy their relationship as normal, although Neo has a feeling that will only be a matter of time before Natsuki's issues begin to escalate...
