That's it for handguns in this run! This is the final chapter before shit gets real. 4-1 is gonna be an absolute slog and I have to not miss any shots, and 4-2 is... well, we're not even gonna talk about 4-2. 3-4 is nice and easy, though.

So far, we have:

1-2: flash grenade
1-3: harpoon
2-1: shotgun

The rules:
1.) Only one weapon may be equipped in a given chapter, and ONLY that weapon may be used, even for opening boxes. This also means that the weapon must be unequipped at the end of the chapter, either by selling or discarding it.
2.) All 19 of the new game weapons must be used.
3.) No damage
4.) Professional difficulty
5.) Saves only at the end of a chapter
6.) Tactical restarts only (to clear enemies out of an area), i.e. no restarts because of a hit or a missed shot, etc.
