Ren & Stimpy: Stimpy's Invention - Mega Drive / Genesis (Full Playthrough)
Nickelodeon made a bunch of great TV shows in the 90's. Rocko's modern life, Hey Arnold, Rugrats, but my favourite by far involved a violently psychotic Chihuahua named Ren and his best friend, the dim-witted Stimpson J. Cat.
Stimpy's invention was released in 1993 exclusively for the Mega Drive by Blue Sky Software and Sega. It has some really good graphics that closely ressembles the cartoon and plenty of fan service with many of the settings being based on the actual cartoon and plenty of cameos from the likes of Mr Horse, Powdered Toast Man and the Wrestler's Meat and Loaf.
The biggest problem with the game is that I finished it within my second playthrough. Furthermore if you check out the length of the video you'll see that I complete it within about half an hour meaning that it is very unlikely that I am ever going to come back to this one. It's an alright game, but I just like to feel like I get value for money when I buy a game and I didn't get that here.
If you're interested in seeing more Mega Drive videos then feel free to subscribe or check out my playlists, I also do lots of other consoles.
