This is Resident Evil 2 Remake with DTS Headphone:X. Of the three Windows Spatial Audio API plugins, this is the least well-known and least-recommended one. I'd even wager that you had never even heard of it before watching this video. It costs about the same as Dolby Atmos but it's worse in every way. Hell, even the free trial is only 14 days instead of 30! DTS Headphone:X sounds like Windows Sonic with 5% better rear audio cues and 10% better elevation. Really, why would you ever pay money for this?

Well, one interesting thing DTS Headphone:X features over Sonic and Atmos is the selection of over 500 headphone "calibration" presets. Honestly, though, all it seems to be is a cheap EQ because the positional audio does not gain any accuracy if you enter your pair of headphones. There's also a choice between "Balanced" and "Spacious" modes, but really, it's just "Reverb" and "More Reverb". One user over on the 3D Game Audio server on Discord described it as "SNES-like reverb". Ouch.
