In this episode of Retro Flashback, I take a look at Paradroid for the Commodore 64. This is a really unique title that's kind of a combination of a shoot em' up and a strategy game with a good chunk of score attack mixed in. I somehow missed it back in the day but despite its very dated looks, it's still a mechanically solid game that holds up to this day.

Paradroid is not currently available for digital purchase but can be acquired online relatively easily. It was previously available for the Wii Virtual Console but has since been delisted from that service.
