Rimworld | Fallout Enclave | New Solider - fighting with Raid | Part 5 | Let's Play - Gameplay
7Group of Bandits decided to capture one of the Enclave soldiers as well as raid Bunker Hill. While we defend from the incoming attack we need to focus on moving power storage inside the new base and we need to deal with lack of potatoes!

Welcome everybody! To Let's play Rimworld, part 5! Our Bunker Hill base is under attack by chasing one of the Enclave solders bandit groups! We need to make sure they will be repel off. But before that we have to also make room in our base for the batteries. The Battery in Rimworld works in a specific way, it stores additional energy made from solar panels or thermal generators and stores it when needed, For example base defence systems that should be normally offline when not needed as they eat a lot of energy. But the problem with batteries is that they can explode! If they explode they will damage the structures around them, in certain areas in Rimworld that means we will lose materials needed for conscracion. Walls or other devices, this may also start fire that will take time to take out. The Battery can explode under two different conditions, if the battery overheats or if its affected by water. So in other words the battery that was standing outside of bunker Hill of the Enclave base was affected by heat wave could explode any minute. Damaging any nearby walking colonist in Rimworld. We need to move the batteries inside. While we where mining out Bunker Hill rooms caves in side the mountain I have found ancient walls. Theos may contain secrets or traps or needed resources. Just remember since Rimworld likes to act wird, its better to clams structures You want to deconstruct. Its always some bonus resources to use in survival in the Harsh land of extreme desert. thankfully Randy didn’t roll any creatures inside of the new mind room. So we can use it to store our batteries. Just make sure to make the cables there aswell otherwise the Battery won’t get connected to the power system. Remember the batteries will generate heat! I think it may even be used if You plan to play on a arctic map in Rimworld. But here on the extreme desert heat is something we don’t realy need but a cooling machine in the Power storage room may be necessary to prevent the batteries from exploding and damaging our base in Rimworld. As we develop our Bunker Hill a blight hits our crops and for the next few days we will be going low on potatoes. Randy however as unexpected as he is thrower at us some wheat that we can use till new plants will grow back up. The Little raid that was chasing the newest member of our enclave squad was made out of bandits with basic weapons and explosive devices, we lack a prison to capture any of them but the weapons can be used for sell if a trader appears. However the commander was damage but will be quickly take care of by Crazy Hands who is on Doctor duty! I’m putting a new rule in to our Enclave bunker, If there will be a survival that is somehow related to any member of our squad, like an original member of the Enclave we must help him. As I belive that how Enclave solders would act so no matter the difficulty all the members of the Enclave must be help. Another thing is we soon need to worry about making rooms and working on the mod in Rimworld which is almost as needed as food.
