Welcome everybody! To Let's play This Is the Police, part 2. Our little training as police chief continues. Today we learn how to fire and hire new police officers for the hard duty of Free-burg in This Is the Police. We can fire police officers because of legal reasons or illegal. The First one can be done so in This Is the Police if they have failed jobs, didn’t show up at the the post when needed or just simply because they are too old! An old officer is not only a threat of himself but also to his fellow police officers, other civilians but also themselves. Freeburg not only problem with criminals but with racist! Soon we will get a request from the Town hall to fire all black officers from duty because of threats of racists. We will not follow as the police can’t fallow orders from terrorists and Honestly black people will be more safe with a badge on there chest then without it. Since we need to get money before the end of the time of our work as the police officer of Freeburg we need to get almost half of million dollars. We can’t get it with normal police Chief salary so we have to make favors for the underground of Freeburg. The first case for the detectives will require of use to match the sentence of the case. The better the detectives the better and faster the case will go! Also they evidence will be better. Cases are more important part of This Is the Police but also a different part of the police officer job. With those quests along there are a few quests for the police officers that are optional but will give the police officers a boost in the there skills in fighting Crime of Freebrug in This Is the Police. Keep in mind that sometimes the police officer may drop the job as the officer but also most of the time the police officers will take a day off after the events. Straps are another part of the Job as the police chief of Freeburg. A officer with straps in This Is the Police will not only work better but also boost the skills of other officers so it’s a wise idea to send officers with a commanding officer in This Is the Police so that they will perform better at there jobs!
The case of Day four with a racist murder will result with a fast capture of the criminal. Send the Swat team if You think the police officers won’t be able to take care of it but remember to Swat team in This Is the Police can’t be used too often and they will need time to recharge and rest before next actions but should be ready on the next day in This Is the Police.
