Welcome everybody! To Let's Play Subnautica! Season 3, Part 5! Welcome back to the PRAWN update! Today we continue effects of our last episode of Subnautica. Time to make use of the battery charger we have found in one of the wrecks in the red grass plateau. But to make it work we will need to place solar panels on the small outpost base we have build. It make take longer then normal to build a full size base in Subnautica. To speed things up I have build two battery chargers in our base. That will alow us to charge eight batteries at a time so we can continue our exploring of waters in Subnautica. While the battery's are been charged I decided its time to repair the Lifepod. For that we will need the crush power from the nearby crush fishes. There should be a few in the nearby caves. The Crash fishes are one of the most dangerous fishes in the beginning of Subnautica. Stalkers can be fight with but Crushfishes ? they sometimes can’t even be out speed that’s why I advice to have the seaglide before even try to get the crush powder needed for the wilder. Also the Crush fish in Subnautica drop now eggs. I wonder who will be that brave to place the egg in there bases ? Repairing the lifepod gave us access to the radio inside of it. Expect for a worthless message from the Aurora we also get information about life pod 8, they are stuck near the Aurora and need help. Time to take the new batteries for a test drive! Grab everything and go! Lifepod 8 is right next to the Aurora. Remember the Sandsharks I have miss last time in Subnautica ? Well now they are in the sand next to the Aurora wreck! So try to avoid pile of sand. Also this region is now full of chests and large chunks of minerals I guess I need to get the exosuit in order to mine them out. But for that I don’t even know where to look for the exosuit blueprint not to say the Seamoth Blueprint or fragments. Since We are so close to the Aurora and have a good supply of batteries I have decided we need to look for the Aurora entrance, see whats new with the Aurora in Subnautica. The ramp is located at the front of the ship and can be easy miss. If You take the Aurora from the left, from the starting position in Subnautica it’s the closest way, go for the second ramp. As Always there are cave crawlers all over the Aurora entrance and lots of chests with batteries, water, powercells and medkits. Just don’t dive too deep to avoid the reaper Leviathan. The radiation suit is a must have if you plant for the Aurora exploration so don’t even come close or search for the Aurora entrance ramp before You get one. Inside the Aurora have changed! The Side entrance of the Aurora. The reactor room is sealed with crates and other wrecks but the Subnautica devs gave us a clue how to unlock the reactor room. For that we will need the propulsion cannon. It’s a tool we can use in Subnautica to unlock our way in to the deeper sections and new rooms of the Aurora. But the problem is On the Aurora itself there is only one fragment of the Propulsion cannon and we need two. The other one is located somewhere in waters in waters of Subnautica. Maybe in one of the wrecks in the red grass biome. Oh and don’t worry about the fire on the Aurora, there will be a fire extinguisher next to the entrance after the ramp on the Aurora. But DON’T stand in the fire!
