Safari Zone glitch in Pokemon Red and Blue
11In this video of Pokemon Red with subtitles you can see easier way to catch pokemon like Scyther or Pinsir from Safari Zone. Long story short this glitch allows you to find pokemon from Safari Zone (or some other area) on the east coast of Cinnabar Island. What you need to perform the glitch is 500 pokedollars to enter safari zone, 1 pokemon that knows HM03 (Surf) and 1 pokemon that knows HM02 (Fly). Certain pokemon are not easier to find but they are easier to catch since you are involved in normal battle instead of Safari battle where they can run away. If you play Pokemon Red you will catch Scyther with ease while the same will happen for Pinsir in Pokemon Blue. This way you can also catch other rare Safari zone pokemon like Chansey, Kangaskhan or Tauros. Unfortunately this glitch doesn't work for Pokemon Yellow because it was fixed before the game was realeased.
