As you maybe knew there is a glitch in Pokemon Red and Blue that allows you to pass through and even go to Cerulean City before you even beat Brock (1st gym), at some point you will need Boulder badge though, but you can even make Brock your last gym opponent. Everything is shown in this video you just need to follow it step by step to do it. Don't know if this glitch can be useful but is certainly fun and if done right works 100% in Pokemon Red and Blue.
