So same like in 1st generation of pokemon games, in Pokemon Silver, Gold and Crystal medium slow lv1 exp gaining pokemon (Mew in my case) has negative exp, 54 negative exp points to be precise, which means that if that pokemon gains less than 54 exp the games will still cound it as negative number and just like 1st gen, 2nd gen isn't better with negative number either, which will make your lv 1 pokemon lv 100 instantly. You will have to use glitch or cheat even to have lv 1 pokemon, but its possible that way.
For the first time in my videos I have used narration voice, not my but AI because I dont like to speak for the videos.
